一. 天然纤维

1.植物纤维:生态棉、彩色棉、菠萝叶、香蕉茎、罗布麻、竹纤维等

2.动物纤维:彩色毛、彩色蚕丝、蜘蛛丝等

二. 再生纤维
 1.再生纤维素纤维:Lyocell(丽赛)、Modal(莫代尔)等

三.合成纤维                                                                           

    主要为差别化纤维,包括超细纤维、复合纤维、异形截面纤维、弹性纤维、高吸水纤维等

四.重点纤维详细介绍:  

1. Lyocell(丽赛):1989年在英国实现工业化生产,注册名为Tencel (天丝)。纤维素纤维,以木浆等天然纤维为原料。生产中以有机溶剂NMMO取代粘胶生产所用二硫化碳(有毒),无环境污染,因而为绿色环保纤维。 Lyocell集合成纤维、天然纤维的优点于一身,既有棉织物的舒适感,又有粘胶纤维织物的悬垂感,同时还有涤纶织物的强度,真丝织物的手感,其产品在国际市场上大受欢迎。

①  可完全生物降解,不会造成环境污染。

②  具有较高的干强和湿强,因而具有良好的尺寸稳定性和洗涤稳定性,缩水率很低,大多情况下具有洗可穿性。

③  具有良好的悬垂性,制成的织物具有特殊的流动感特征,服装效果独特。

④  纤维截面呈圆形,表面光滑,织物具有丝绸般的光泽,手感柔软光滑,具有良好的吸湿性、透湿性,同时易漂染,色泽鲜艳,穿着舒适如棉。

⑤  后处理比粘胶纤维更多,可以得到各种不同的风格和手感,利用其原纤化的特点,可制成具有高雅柔和光泽的桃皮绒面料。

⑥  缺点:摩擦后易起毛。

2. Modal (莫代尔):在高强高湿模量粘胶纤维polynosic(富纤)基础上改进的粘胶纤维,该纤维不含毒性物质,不刺激皮肤,可生产出比蚕丝更细的长丝,是超薄面料的上选原料。Modal织物手感滑润、光泽高雅、吸湿性优良,是具有极高价值的环保材料,可与多种纤维混纺,具有很强的改性能力。

3. 大豆纤维:大豆蛋白纤维的简称,商品名为“天绒”,为我国完全知识产权纤维发明。生产过程完全符合环保要求,无环境污染,为绿色环保纤维。大豆纤维既具有天然蚕丝的优良性能,又具有合成纤维的机械性能,既能满足人们对穿着舒适性、美观性的追求,又符合服装免烫、洗可穿的潮流。

①  外观华贵:具有真丝般的光泽,清爽怡人;悬垂性极佳,给人飘逸脱俗感觉;高支织物表面纹路细洁、清晰,是高档衬衣面料。

②  舒适性好:针织面料手感柔软、滑爽、轻,如真丝与山羊绒混纺的感觉;吸湿、透气性很好,穿着舒适卫生。

③  染色性好:纤维本色为淡黄色,像柞蚕丝色。可用酸性、活性染料染色,尤其是活性染料染色,产品颜色鲜艳而有光泽,同时耐日晒、耐汗渍牢度非常好,与真丝比解决了染色鲜艳与色牢度差的矛盾。

④  物理机械性能好:强度比羊毛、棉、蚕丝都高,仅次于涤纶等高强纤维。大豆纤维初始模量偏高,而沸水收缩率低,故面料尺寸稳定性好,常规洗涤下不用当心织物的收缩,抗皱性也非常出色,且易洗快干。

⑤  具有保健功能:大豆纤维与人体皮肤亲和力好,且含有多种人体所必需的氨基酸,具有良好的保健作用。

4. 竹纤维:天然纤维,可以是竹子中直接获得的竹纤维,也可以是以竹子为原料的再生纤维素纤维。可生物降解,在泥土中能完全分解,对周围环境不造成损害,是比较理想的环保纤维。竹纤维具有其他纤维无法比拟的优点:优良的着色性、回弹性、悬垂性、耐磨性、抗菌性,特别是吸湿放湿性、透气性居各纤维之首。纤维截面布满大大小小空隙,可以瞬间吸收并蒸发水分,被誉为“会呼吸的面料”。竹纤维主要有两大性能:抗菌、抑菌、防紫外线,吸湿、抗皱。

①  抗菌性能:竹子自身具有抗菌性,且在生产中不被破坏,竹纤维织物经过反复洗涤、日晒也不会失去抗菌作用。另外,因为竹纤维的天然抗菌性,纤维在服用上不会对皮肤造成任何过敏性反应。

②  吸湿性能:运用天然竹纤维生产的纺织产品,最大特点就是凉爽、柔滑、光泽好、吸湿性好。

5.甲壳素纤维:甲壳素又称甲壳质、几丁质、壳蛋白,是从甲壳动物外壳及真菌、藻类等低等植物的细胞壁中提取的一种带正电荷的动物纤维素。甲壳素具有优良的吸水性和一定的生物抗菌性。不仅具有很强的反应性能及耐热、耐碱、耐腐蚀、可生物降解等特点,而且与人体有极好的生物相融性,可被生物体内的溶菌酶分解而吸收,还具有消炎、止血、镇痛的作用,可用于做人造皮肤、缝合线及针织保健内衣。
